Tonight we went to the dress rehearsal of the 'Candlelight Dinner' which is a dinner theater that BFA puts on every year for our German friends and neighbors. This year it is the story of a Professor who builds a time machine and then takes a trip around the world and visits many countries all of which share some of their culture throughout the evening. While he is on this adventure he forgets his password and therefore cannot get back home. What a fiasco!

Today is Kindertag, Feb 4. The children are in a meeting and the kitchen staff is busy fixing french fries and hot dogs for their lunch.

Every year Janz Team hosts 'Kindertag' (children's day) for 350 or more German children during the Fasching season. Jesse was assigned the job of purchasing the 400 hot dogs and around 140 lbs of french fries and lots of mix for making drinks.
