A walk through our neighborhood...

Today is such a beautiful day. I could not resist a walk through our town. This is the name of the village where we live.

Soon to be red currants.

Our neighbor's pride and joy! They have worked hard to get it to look like this.

The fountain in the cemetery.
The graves are so lovingly taken care of.

The cherries are almost ready!

102 steps...halfway up the hill to the street we live on.

Every time I look at your blog I long to be back in Germany, sitting on your porch, eating Paprika potato chips, admiring your flowers and looking out over the mountains, hearing the church bells ring. I can't wait to come back!

i have snitched that one of the soon to be red currants and put it on my desktop...the colours are some of my favourites...

are your pictures copyright free, open to the public domain? reason i ask is i often send illustrated letters to friends or to blogs...how do you want your photos credited?

do you want a clickable link to send people to your blog to see more?

anyway, it is time to get up and away from here :)

Thanks for your beautiful pictures; they brighten the day
