We drove into Fairfax(just a little to the west of Washington, DC) on Saturday afternoon at around 2:00 pm. Whew! What a trip! 14 States, 2,975 miles, in 5 days! We had great weather. We never had one problem with the car and got great gas milage. We only saw one accident. We got to see two great couples and hope to meet up with a few more friends in the next couple of days. Thanks for praying! As you can tell, all those prayers paid off!
It is great to be at Shawna's on the other side of the US. We were at the Pacific Ocean last weekend and hope to see the Atlantic Ocean before we leave...so we will have gone coast to coast!
The pictures below are infront of Shawna's new place, unloading the car. Jesse has already met several of the neighbors (aren't you surprised?!)...all of whom seem very nice.

Yeah! SO GLAD that you made it! We just got back from Prague late this afternoon so haven't checked your blog until now - fun to get caught up with your adventures!
